Phonics - Week 2 Daily Phonics Activities attached.
PSHE - go through the powerpoint and use as a discussion prompt. I haven't included the worksheet about things that are good/bad for our neighbourhood as it would have used so much ink! Instead look at the picture on the powerpoint and talk about which actions are good/bad. Write in your exercise book about what you could do to help your neighbourhood be a nicer place or how you could maintain it being a nice place.
This links really well to our Geography lesson on Tuesday and will get the children familiar with the language of 'natural/physical and human features of the sea side.
Tuesday 28th April 2020
Go through the powerpoint. Talk about whether the images show human or physical features of the seaside/coastline. The powerpoint explains it all.
Then complete the first sheet 'label the features of a seaside'.
Wednesday 29th April 2020
P.E - Practise doing something you find difficult. This could be riding your bike, catching a ball, skipping, hoola hooping, football target practise.
Computing - Continue to use the Word Processing sheet from last week to try out the different features on a word document. Maybe you could design a colourful message for your classmates with a bold colourful heading and words in different sizes? Post your messages on the FB page.
Thursday 30th April 2020
History and Art - Watch the You Tube clip about a visit to the seaside in Victorian times which is on the 'Beach Hut Art' document. The sheet also explains today's activity.
The Art task is carried over to Friday.

Continue with the Beach Hut Art from Thursday.
