It might be useful to do some learning reminders about bonds to 10 and 20 before this weeks maths tasks. The two powerpoints below will help. Also, there is a game on Twinkl called Jungle Maths Bonds to 10 / 20 that we have played in class but I'm unable to share it as a link but you could try it out if you registered with Twinkl.

Daily Phonics Activity
Handwriting Sheets - I have delivered handwriting books to everyone which you can use, if you don't want to print the sheets, but parents will have to write letters/words to be copied.
PSHE - Share the powerpoint about the different people that live in Britain. You'll have to adapt it slightly, but you should be able to share ideas and discuss differences and similarities of people living in Britain. I've not added the sheet as you can do the activities straight into your exercise books.

Design and Technology - Let's Get Cooking!
Following on from Tuesday's lesson about food groups and planning a healthy lunch for Mr Grinling, now you can get creative in the kitchen and have fun cooking. Lots of skills to learn here! We would be doing something savoury if we were at school.
Extension Task - Write out the recipe and instructions.
Send me some photos of what you make.

No English plan today.
Music - Mr Gringling often sings 'sea shanties' and we have been looking at seasides; the sheet below contains links to a couple of traditional seaside songs and one more modern song for you to have fun learning. Are there any others that you could learn?
Design and Technology - Design and make a lighthouse.
This task will be carried over to next Monday too. We could attempt a zoom 'show and tell' for the last day of half term, Friday 22nd May?
Talk about what kind of lighthouse you would like to make. Look at the images of lighthouses from last week's lesson. What design will you do? How will you make each part? What materials will you use? In what setting would your lighthouse be? You could also make the surrounding area!
