Phonics
Remember to keep practising sounds and story green words and speedy green words. You don’t have to do all at once, just the ones you need the most practise with.
Literacy
Read or listen to the story again. What an amazing time the bugs were going to have at the dance. Oh dear! Is snail going to make it on time? He can hear the music and the other bugs are making their way quickly to the dance. He has a big dilemma. How does he feel? How does he solve his problem? Talk to your adult or your partner and tell them what you think.
You need to make sure you are speaking and writing in a full sentence. How much can you write on your own using your phonic knowledge?
Maths
Day 2 Superworm. There is a variety of activities that can be completed in relation to the story. You don’t have to complete them all. Choose the ones you think are easier to complete at home.
