Daily Phonics

Your child does not need to learn the last section of this video as we are not there yet with the long vowel sounds.

Your child should practise their sounds (green book) and words (brown envelope) every day.

Literacy

Writing your news about events that happened at the weekend. Parents please let your child write this unaided so I can see what they are learning. Thanks

Maths

Go on a 3D shape hunt around your house. What 3D shapes can you find? See if you can find a sphere, a cube, a cylinder and cuboid. Can you find any other 3D shapes? What are they called? Take some photographs and send to me on email.

Greenhouse

 

Don’t forget to check out how your bean is growing. Has it started to get a little fatter? Is it starting to sprout roots?
